The orange barrels that frequent our Ohio highways are often viewed as a nuisance by the driving population; however the orange barrel really signifies that construction is in progress. New paths are being created or improved, and the barrels are there to protect the drivers and the workers as well.

OBPC was created to provide theatrical education to its members in all forms of the dramatic arts. Instruction is given throughout the year, educating members in proper stage performance techniques, back stage work, as well as costuming, makeup, lighting, and technical aspects.
